Community Assets
Projects that involve the use of Assets or Land to further a community project. It could be around Asset Transfer, Lease or Licensing of Assets or another form of community control for public benefit. These projects can involve capital investment to enhance or develop the asset for a bigger community project.
Examples: a community group buying land to build community housing on, a group redeveloping and repurposing a closed school into a community gym, and a group constructing a new toilet block on a piece of derelict land.
