Jura MUGA must secure the purchase of the land to build the new Sports facility for the community.
2. Why is your project needed?
The group has identified and partnered with a local estate owner to facilitate the purchase of the land just east of Craighouse. We are currently collaborating with the SLF to submit a Stage One Scottish Land Fund Application to acquire the land for the community. We have a quote for updating the feasibility study on the new proposed land. The cost to purchase land is £10,000 + Feasibility Study £15,000 plus legal fees.
