Phase One - Update the feasibility study for the newly proposed land and complete the purchase with the local estate owner.
1. What do you want to do?
Jura Community Enterprise (formerly Jura MUGA) must secure the purchase of the land to build the new Sports facility for the community.
2. Why is your project needed?
The group has identified and partnered with a local estate owner to facilitate the purchase of the land just east of Craighouse.
A successful SLF Stage One Application now enables the group to update their land facility studies in preparation for submitting a Stage Two application to acquire the land for the community.
Jura Community Enterprise (formerly Jura MUGA) has commissioned MAST Architects and Community Link Scotland to complete this work over the summer months.
The cost to purchase land is £10,000, plus legal fees.
