We would like to build on the curent offering of Tarbert Seafood Festival, lengthening Festival Saturday to encompass evening entertainment. At the moment the official activities end at around teatime. However, we would like to see special seafood offerings, both from our local hotels and eateries as well as visiting chefs. This would promote Scottish seafood as a whole and Tarbert's place as a seafood hotspot in particular.
This would then lead on to evening entertainment in the local venues with a Seafood Festival theme.
